Abstract and Title Co. has a full time Construction Escrow Manager, together with an independent Inspector to do timely inspections. This enables us to maintain a smooth and efficient means of getting money from the lender to the General Contractor and/or the homeowners.

The Construction Escrow Department is completely computerized. Our computer system tracks what funds have been paid out and to whom and we also keep running totals for 1099 filings. This allows the Builder to keep his emphasis on the building project and leave the paper work to us.
